Mill Creek Cattle Company serves up old style western atmosphere unlike just about any other restaurant in Southern California. Much more than just some old paint and rusting junk that so many think makes a Western Restaurant, Western. Mill Creek is the ol' west come to life; it is like taking a few giant steps back in time to the actual ol' west itself. This is the perfect restaurant for families with kids (of all ages).

As you enter Mill Creek you walk past the saddles, bridals, branding irons, etc. into the wild west of Cattle-Drives and days gone by… and you just know to expect a dining experience like nothing else. Real slow smoked BBQ Ribs, Meats and Steaks. You look around at all the artifacts, guns, photos and Ol’ West  lifestyle literally nailed on the walls, the ceilings, etc… and you just know this restaurant is dedicated to serving up some serious ranch style grub.

YES; You are in for a dining experience to be remembered. One you are going to want to come back for again, and again, because Mill Creek is like an ol’ pair of boots... homey, warm, comfortable, and just plain real!

It all begins with Mill Creek’s old western town facade on the outside. It is hard to drive by and miss seeing the wooden water tower, ect… and upon entering you will find the inside is just as unique as the outside.

The restaurant itself is broken up into three dining areas; each with it’s own dining charm. The Ol’ West style bar area is very warm, inviting and almost cozy if the glass doors are closed off, separating it from the enclosed covered garden area. If it is cold out you are greeted by the ambiance of the real wood fireplace and the welcoming smells of both the fire and the smokehouse. The smells and aroma that greet you when you walk in tells your tastebuds this is the real thing... and you instantly know the food is going to be wonderful!

You can choose to sit at the ol’ west bar, or at tables and enjoy the warmth of the crackling fire (assuming it is cold outside). This room seats about 75 people.

On warmer days the glass doors are opened, and the covered patio area is seated for dining. This area is inviting also, with heating for cold days, and fully covered for rainy days; it is like being outside, but still being somewhat inside at the same time. This area is perfect for a casual conversation with friends and the ideal room to enjoy a hearty meal. This room is perfect for smaller parties and events… it seats about 75 people also.

The “Diamond Jim Saloon” is a destination unto itself also; almost separate, but yet semi-attached to the other two dining areas that make up "Mill Creek" the restaurant. The “Saloon” offers a completely different dining experience from the other two rooms. “Diamond Jim’s” Features high ceilings and a block-long wooden bar right out of the cowboy days of cattle-drives, gamblers, gunslingers and cooking flavored with real wood smoke. Hey; There are even a few stagecoaches parked in the barns out back!

Often scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights are Country and Rock Bands that makes the Opera House popular for dinner and an entertainment filled evening out. The Saloon provides as much room as needed to invite just about as many friends as you know, or simply an excuse to make a few new ones. “Diamond Jim’s Saloon and Opera House” is just plain real ol’ west hospitality and fun.
 
You can also bring your boots, or take them off and kick up your heels on Diamond Jim's dance floor. Cool your heels afterward at the 100 year old bar with the beer, wine or mixed drinks of your choice.

With an “Opera-House” style stage, and countless flat-screen monitors for "Game Days," Diamond Jim’s offers a larger room perfect for banquets, buffets and parties of up to 150 plus.

Diamond Jim's is ideal for wedding receptions, business parties, fund raisers and major group events; it also provides a stage for live bands, D.J.s, plays and other theater style presentations.
